Notemy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data on its own servers.

The app may store the following data locally on the user’s device only:

Text notes

Audio recordings

Audio-to-text converted content

Images added from the device gallery

All data remains on the user’s device and is not uploaded anywhere.

2. Audio Recording Permission

Notemy requires Microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) to enable the audio recording feature.

This permission is used only when the user chooses to record audio

Audio is recorded solely for note creation and speech-to-text conversion

The app does not record audio in the background

Audio data is never shared, uploaded, or accessed without user consent

3. Storage & Media Access

The app allows users to attach images from their device gallery.

Gallery access is used only when the user selects an image

Notemy does not scan, collect, or upload photos

Images remain stored locally within the app

4. Feedback & Contact

Users can send feedback using their email app (such as Gmail).

When feedback is sent, the default email app opens
